Copper Braided Flexible Jumpers

We manufacture highly flexible round as well asflat braided and stranded braids, tapes, ropes, cables, tubular braids incontinuous rolls in insulated as well as non insulated design made of copper,aluminium, stainless steel and steel reinforced copper of diameter from 0.05 mmand above.Braids can be tinned, silver or nickel plated on request.Our braidedflexible connectors are extremely flexible and individually designed andmanufactured as per customer's requirement by our specialized compressiontechnology which guarantes extreme compressing and minimal contact resistance.The contact area is made with seamless solderless pressed high conductivityelectrolytic grade copper tube which is so very highly compressed that there isalmost no air gap in between the wires. The compression process is realizedwithout using additives like tin or soldering. Whether made from braided orstranded braids, whether insulated or non insulated, whether bare or tinned ornickel coated, we are able to manufacture braided f lexible connectors upto6000 sq. mm with contact areas up to 250 mm width.Heat shrink PVC, fiberglass,asbestos,cotton, silicon insulation can also be provided.
